SHPE LM Aero is proud to announce the partnership with the SHPE Texas Tech University student chapter to host the 2017 SHPE Region 5 Leadership Development Conference (RLDC). The RLDC provides an opportunity for future SHPE/HOLA employee resource group leaders to obtain leadership training to be effective leaders on the path for a technical or management growth track.  SHPE RLDC offers partnership and mentorship to connect into the STEM transition bridge.
