Over the last weekend of March several members of SHPE at LM Aero traveled down to Austin, Texas for the annual SHPE Regional Leadership Conference (RLDC).

At the conference, participants had the opportunity to network with other college and professional SHPE members from Region 5 as well as attend professional development and chapter management workshops.


At the awards dinner, SHPE at LM Aero was recognized with "Blue Chip" status for their execution of the Q1-Q2 National Report and awarded the Regional 2013-2014 Community Outreach award.

In addition, former chapter president James Nary was recognized with the inaugural "Region 5 Lobo - Alpha Award" for his tireless dedication to SHPE and its mission.
