On Saturday July 25th, the chapter held its annual SHPE Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board of Directors (BOD) officer leadership retreat in the Aeronautics Vision Center (AVC) Boardroom. The purpose of this event was to establish chapter strategy, goals, roles, responsibilities, and foster team building among the new 2015-2016 chapter officers.  At the retreat, the team reviewed the previous year's accomplishments, set our chapter's high-level strategy going forward, discussed some initial event planning, set a high-level budget for the upcoming year, and drafted goals/objectives for each major department/committee in the chapter. We wish our new 2015-2016 officers the best of luck going forward!
