Our next Wellness Forum will be on the subject of “Better Health through Nutrition.”  It will take in the Aeronautics Vision Center (AVC) Theater Tuesday, May 09, 2017 at 11:00 am.

Crissy Carter, Certified Professional Therapist (CPT) and Sports and Fitness Manager Corporate Employees Recreation Association (CERA), formally LMRA has accepted our invitation to speak at the next Society of Professional Hispanic Engineers’ (SHPE) Wellness Forum. Her presentation will focus on Nutrition (dietary, etc.) and maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle (i.e. exercise, etc.).
